About our Venue
MK properties events is a versatile updated spacious venue located in downtown Wayne, Michigan. We offer a new urban location where you can host a variety of events.
Our space has been renovated to reflect a modern and contemporary experience. It can be transformed into an elegant space if that is what you envision. Our competitive pricing begins at $300 for a three hour minimum time slot.
Upgrade Options
For an additional fee we have table linens, table runners, plate chargers (gold/silver), black chair covers, and a variety of glass candle holders available.
