Marlynne Moore and Curtis Caddell, a mother and son team who started working together during his teens. M&K Impressions, LLC was founded in 2007. Marlynne started an art consulting business, which is still active where she sells original oil paintings on canvas and provides designer consultations by private appointments in residential and corporate settings. During his youth Curtis would help set up events alongside his mother for many years. In 2022, the two established MK Properties, LLC and purchased their first commercial property together. 3023 South Wayne Rd. was previously leased, and they have now decided to host and operate the venue themselves creating MK Properties Events. They look forward elevating every event held in their space.
